AACC EQUIPMENT RESERVATIONS

1. READ THE AACC CONTRACT
In order to use the AACC equipment, you must read and fill out the AACC Equipment Contract. Bring the completed form when picking up equipment. Also, keep in mind that use of large equipment such as tables and grills require a deposit of $50 each. Use of smaller items such as utensils requires a deposit of $50 for the entire reservation. The deposit will be returned when the equipment is returned clean and in good condition to the AACC.

2. DECIDE WHICH EQUIPMENT IS NEEDED AND FOR HOW LONG
Equipment should be returned as soon as possible after the event, preferably within 2 days after the end of an event.

3. CHECK CALENDAR FOR AVAILABLE TIMES

4. FILL OUT THE FORM
Reservations must be made at least one week in advance. For last minute requests, please contact the head coordinator at asianamericanculturalcenter@gmail.com.

5. AN AACC STAFF MEMBER WILL CONTACT YOU
You're not guaranteed a reservation until an AACC staff member contacts you and puts you down on the calendar below. If you would like to cancel after being confirmed, please notify the head coordinator as soon as possible regarding the cancellation.
